Product Description
Nexthermal Coil Heaters are the number one choice among US Hot Runner Injection Molding OEMs. Nexthermal Coil heaters are also the preferred choice of many leading scientific measurement, diagnostic and test OEMs around the world. Demand for Nexthermal coil heaters has been increasing continuously among emerging markets such as form-fill and seal packaging, top seal packaging, rubber injection molding, liquid heating, electric heating process assemblies and medical equipment.
Constrictor - Thermal Retainer
Nexthermal’s Constrictor keeps coil heaters pressed tightly about the nozzle for maximum heat transfer and accurate thermocouple reading. Made of a special metal alloy with a lower thermal expansion rate than the heaters’ stainless steel, it prevents coil heaters from loosening on the nozzle.
- Maximum holding
- Reusable
- Easy to install using C Clip Pliers
- Small space claim
- Less expensive than similar products
- Operates to 800 degrees F
- Resists oxidation
- Has a high tensile strength
- Constrictor sizes available for nozzle dimensions between 1/2 inch to 5.5 inches
- Constrictor thickness is 1 mm for nozzles up to 1.73 inches, and 2 mm thick for larger sizes
